As a professional training provider and certification center, INNOVEO is an Accredited Training Organization™(ATO) by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) and is the only accredited Lean partner and examination center by the International Independent Board for Lean Certification (IIBLC) in Asia. These US and EU-based accreditations are testaments that INNOVEO conducts Lean & Six Sigma training in a robust and consistent manner performed by instructors who are highly competent to instruct the methodology using course content that is consistent with the industry’s generally accepted Bodies of Knowledge as characterized by IASSC and IIBLC. Our Consultant: Marc Hermo IV
Marc is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma professional with over 20 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Innovation, Process Improvement and Transformation, and Project Management in Business Process Outsourcing, Banking and Financial services, and Semiconductor Manufacturing. Marc is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is an IASSC (International Association for Lean Six Sigma Certification) Accredited Training Associate™. He earned his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Arizona State University and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management certification from University of California, Irvine. He completed Mastering Design Thinking at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. Marc received his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and has a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
Marc was previously the General Manager and Head of Process Excellence at Cognizant, Vice-President and Head of Process Improvement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Senior Process Engineering Manager at Dell International Services Philippines. He worked with Intel in various management and functional roles in Supplier and Outsourcing Management, Materials Engineering and Materials Development.
